I’ve been looking for ways to make around $300 a day but could use some ideas. I’ve heard freelancing or starting a side hustle can work, but I’m not sure where to begin. Any suggestions on what’s worked for you?
I started freelancing a while ago, and it’s definitely doable to make $300 a day once you build up some clients. Writing, design, or marketing gigs are a good start if you’ve got any skills in those areas.
@Indra
That sounds interesting. How did you find your first clients?

Upwork is a good place to start, but networking worked best for me. Just letting people know what I do opened up some opportunities.
If you need something quick, food delivery with Uber Eats or DoorDash is solid. You can easily make $100-$200 in a busy market, and if you hustle all day, hitting $300 is possible.

That could be an option. How many hours do you usually put in to make that much?
@Rebecca
Depends on demand, but 6-8 hours usually does the trick if you’re working during peak times.
Have you thought about starting a blog? It takes time, but once it gets going, you can make passive income with ads and affiliate marketing. I’ve been pulling in around $200 a day after a year of consistent work.
@Raleigh
That sounds great, but I’m a bit worried about how long it takes. How long did it take before you saw any real income?

Took me around 6 months to start seeing a few hundred dollars a month. Once you get more traffic, it really picks up.
Don’t forget about selling stuff online! I’ve been flipping stuff from garage sales on eBay and Facebook Marketplace, and some days I hit $300 just from a few good sales.

That’s awesome. Any tips on what to look for when flipping?
@Rebecca
Look for popular items like electronics, vintage clothing, or collectibles. Do a quick price check online before you buy so you don’t overpay.
You could also try renting out stuff you own. I make money renting out my car on Turo, and you can make $100-$150 a day easily if you’re in a busy area.

I hadn’t thought about that! How’s the maintenance side of things when you rent your car out?
@Rebecca
You’ll need to keep it clean and well-maintained, but Turo covers some of the insurance and repairs if anything happens, so it’s not too bad.
