Does anyone have information about Five Rings Financial?

My mom is not very experienced with money. Ever since my parents got divorced, she’s been looking for quick ways to get rich, like those MLM things. She’s really stubborn and won’t listen to me when I tell her to get a real job. Lately, she’s joined some financial company. I didn’t know the name until today. She says she’s a financial advisor with Five Rings and you can become a millionaire in 5 to 10 years. Today, I checked their website, and it looks shady. They don’t give much information, and you can only join through an interview, which seems weird for an investing company. I felt uneasy before when she invited me to their weekly ‘wine, women, and wealth’ meetings with the promise of free food (I don’t drink). It seemed like an MLM, so I never went.

I want to know if anyone else has dealt with this company and what they think of it. I’m worried about my mom, even though she won’t listen to me.

Also, sorry if this is the wrong place to ask – it’s my first time posting here.
