My husband started a few weeks ago, and it’s not really worth it. We live in a rural area, so the warehouse is a 30-minute drive. At first, the routes were near us, but now they send him super far, where there’s no cell service, hard-to-find addresses, loose dogs, and unclear directions. Then he has to drive 45+ minutes home. It would be great if they showed the general area before accepting.
I quit after my third block. Total waste of time. Amazon steals tips (they lost a class-action lawsuit over it). Are they still stealing tips? Probably.
That said, some people make decent money doing Amazon Flex—Whole Foods in particular. It really depends on your expectations. If it meets your income goals, anything can be worth it.
I do two shifts a day and make about $1,100 a week.

How long are your blocks?

3.5 to 4 hours. I only accept $28/hr or more. My average is $32/hr.
