Does anyone know Cestui Que trusts?

I am in the process of acquiring a house through a Cestui Que trust with the Treasury. Does anyone know if this is a legitimate process?

Cestui Que Trust refers to a person who has an equitable interest in an estate, meaning they benefit from the assets, even if they don’t legally own them.

In modern life and health insurance, Cestui Que Vie refers to the person whose life is covered by the policy. This person is often called the policyholder, insured, or policy owner. So, while the term can mean the beneficiary of a trust, it usually refers to the insured person in an insurance policy.

Buying a house through a Cestui Que trust with the Treasury doesn’t sound legit. Cestui Que trusts are for beneficiaries, and the Treasury manages finances, not real estate. It’s best to avoid this method and stick with traditional ways like getting a mortgage from a bank or working with a real estate agent. If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Talk to a lawyer or real estate professional for safe ways to buy a house.

It is a fancy term for someone who receives money or property from a trust or insurance policy.

Yes it is a legitimate process, the name is used for the beneficiary of a trust
